Shipping Charges

We charge the following rates depending on area, up to a total gross weight (including packaging) of 3 kg.

The shipping charge including full value of insurance will be:

Asia (Except for PR of CHINA), Oceania: JPY3,500

Europe, North America and Central America: JPY4,500

For parcels exceeding 3kg, extra charges apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Payment Method

We accept credit card or PayPal.


We use DHL and/or EMS service.

Please understand that presently we CANNOT ship to mainland China.

Regarding delivery schedule, we usually ship within 4 to 5 business days by EMS and /or e-packet. Under ordinary conditions, international shipping will take approximately 2 weeks to maximum of 4 weeks depending on the destination.

We carefully pack all orders, however, in the rare chance damage occurs during delivery, simply do not accept the package and check the contents together with local postal staff.


The price shown does NOT include costs such as VAT, import duty, tax and other unpredictable charges from middleman and agents. In case of these unexpected charges, these will be paid by the customers. For more information regarding your country’s custom policies, please contact your local customs office or its agents.

These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges from SHAQUDA.

We DO NOT under-value merchandise or mark the item as a "GIFT" on customs forms.

Doing that is against international laws.

Return Policy

Please understand that this return policy applies any to the following conditions and does not apply to damage, incorrect ordering, or dissatisfaction of or by the customer.

We will exchange products, if damage or incorrect ordering is solely the fault of SHAQUDA, in accordance with the following procedure;.

  1. Notify us of the damage with detailed and reasonable explanation within 30 days after delivery.
  2. Return the damaged item to the designated place as it was originally shipped or follow the instruction of our staff.
  3. Use the enclosed packing slip, when returning damaged products.

In the rare case in which we cannot supply the original ordered items, refunds will be issued.
